You can't find enough information because that statement is NOT true. Music doesn't corrupt kids. Crappy parents who don't monitor what their kids are doing and listening to... that's what's corrupting them. Why don't you do a debate on how crappy parents don't take care of their kids and when something bad happens they turn to the first available scape goat... music... video games... clothes... the latest trends. It's not any of these things, it's the parents. If they were around to monitor what music their kids listened to that would mean they were more involved in the kid's life and therefore no bad incidents would occur. Take Columbine for example. What did the parents blame? They blamed Marilyn Manson because that's the CD they found in those kid's CD players. But... if the parents had been around keeping an eye on the kids and being a parent and doing their job those kids never would have shot up that school. It had NOTHING to do with the music. Get your facts straight honey or you'll be debating on the wrong side of the issue!!
